1945 Herbert Nestell Starts "Tel-Rad Company" in the
historic city of Kingston, New York. Started in an outside garage, they quickly moved into a shop/showroom inside the main house.
As the years went by, Herb Married and raised a family right there on Henry St., and soon the whole family was involved in the business, Herb, Anne, Barbara, Charles, Walter.
1976... Tel-Rad moves to Broadway ! Having outgrown the basement shop/store of Henry Street, Telrad moved to 686 Broadway, continuing to provide expert service of Televisions and Radios as well as sales.
1983...Herb and Anne retire !!! 38 years ! The family business continues to thrive under the direction Charles and Walter, Now called
Tel-Rad Television, Tel-Rad becomes one of the largest TV/Video sales and service centers in the Hudson Valley.
